Four pas de deux of the Romantic repertory and a septet. If that isn’t a gala event! The pas de deux is the essence of ballet, where two characters and their performers have to reach beyond dance into their truest selves. This encounter celebrates love in adagio form with utmost technical mastery.

The Ballet de l’Opéra National de Bordeaux practices classical technique as well as the major contemporary forms. It is now headed by Éric Quilleré, ex performer with Rudolf Noureev and Maurice Béjart.
