Valia from Kid & Sens takes care of children aged 6 to 10 at the Pavillon Noir, holding a creative workshop on the theme of the show taking place in the theatre.

Get a chance to meet the artists or share your impressions about a show. The Pavillon Noir offers gatherings with choreographers, performers or art historians, before or at the end of some performances. Discussion, exchange of ideas and debate are welcomed.

In the Pavillon Noirʼs theatre, these encounters are an opportunity for people to watch rehearsals for a show before it is performed and learn about what is involved in the day-to-day work of a choreographer and his dancers. Public rehearsals are organised for Ballet Preljocaj shows as well as creations by guest companies.

Linked to what is on the bill, these contemporary dance workshops are an opportunity to learn a choreographer's language. They are run by Ballet Preljocaj dancers or guest artists, generally take place at weekends and are intended for beginners and more established dancers. Other workshops are organised specifically for dance schools.

Tours for the general public are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays and provide an opportunity to see the buildingʼs remarkable architecture, learn about the background to Ballet Preljocaj and find out how a National Choreographic Centre works.
