BÉATRICE MASSIN
Compagnie Fêtes galantes
Que ma joie demeure

In Que ma joie demeure, Béatrice Massin creates an exuberant work which is widely acclaimed for its contagious energy. She composed a score for ten dancers-instruments to underline the musical architecture of the compositions of Bach’s. Infinitely and purely musical right down to its choreographic intelligence, the work establishes itself as an orchestral movement and wins hands down in terms of pure dance.

Since 1993, Béatrice Massin has rooted her company, Fêtes galantes, in the process of appropriating baroque language and is currently recognised as an authority on the matter.
